Refund policy

We understand that something may not fit or look the way you thought it would, so we gladly offer FREE returns on all US domestic orders. We want you to love everything you purchase from Addi Roe!

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. Items must have tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed and in the condition in which you received.

Addi Roe reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. In this situation, customer will receive an email concerning the return denial and have 4 business days to pay to have items shipped back to them. If they do not pay the shipping charge, items will be donated to a local women's shelter.

Due to fast inventory change, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days (starting once order is delivered).

Store credit does not expire.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes (but not limited to) purses, bags, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, scarves, and hosiery.
